She/Her/Hers

Therapist & Practice Coordinator

My unique role within Restore as both Therapist and Practice Coordinator allows me to support my fellow clinicians in addition to working with clients experiencing various forms of loss, especially pregnancy, infant, and child loss,  clients adjusting to the transitions within parenthood, and individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I love both aspects of my job, the administrative responsibilities and the clinical role, and love the balance I have found within my career in order to continue to help others prioritize their mental health and wellness while I do the same!

Both my personal and professional experiences have led me to hold securely to one thread of truth: grief permeates every facet of life. In whatever form—a struggling relationship, a lost dream, an unexpected life transition, the death of a loved one—grief can feel all-consuming and isolating.

My hope is that therapy helps you create the safe spaces needed within your life and relationships to experience and share your positive and negative emotions. With an emphasis on family systems and trauma focused modalities, I understand that the methods of coping we often form as young individuals can create barriers to living our most authentic, healthy lives. A journey of grief, healing, and growth can be daunting, especially the first step of seeking help.  If you’re ready, I hope to walk alongside you as you seek to understand yourself, your relationships, and your wellness.
