It can feel risky to consider counseling, but I’m glad you’re here.
It’s a deeply human thing to find yourself isolated, hopeless, or at the end of yourself. You are not alone! And you are made for more.
If you come into my office, my hope is that you experience welcome, warmth, and help. I place a high value on creating safety in the therapeutic relationship, knowing that healing often begins in a safe and trusted space.
I work with adults, couples, and teens, and am especially passionate about helping people explore how they see themselves, relate to others, and what gives their life meaning. I use a variety of trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities, tailored to your unique story and needs, to find what works best for you.
My goal is to support you as you move towards psychological, relational, spiritual, and physical wellness. Along the way, we’ll work together to build awareness of the experiences that have shaped you and explore what meaningful change could look like in your context.
It’s no small thing for you to consider taking this step. If you decide to move forward with counseling, I’d love to join you on your journey.
