You don’t have to know exactly what’s wrong to reach out.

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure of where to go next. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply feeling like something needs to change, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

My hope is that counseling feels like a place where you can come as you are and feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, so I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, explore difficult experiences, and make sense of what you’re going through without fear of judgment.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and am especially passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships with others. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I tailor counseling to your individual needs, strengths, values, and goals. Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, build healthy coping skills, strengthen your relationships, and work toward meaningful change.

As a counselor, I see my role as walking alongside you rather than telling you how to live your life. I want counseling to be a collaborative process where you feel supported as you discover what healing and growth look like for you.

Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. I would be honored to meet you there and walk alongside you.
