It is human nature to need the support of others, but it can be difficult to navigate the various relationships within our lives, which can become even more complex when we encounter life’s challenges or experience tragedy. I place an emphasis on exploring the relationships within your life to better understand their influence on you. Through a better understanding of these
relationships, it is my hope that you are able to foster meaningful connections that provide the support you need to heal and thrive. I look forward to supporting you through the challenges you are facing by highlighting your strengths and building necessary skills.
I am passionate about providing support to expecting and new parents who are navigating the transition to parenthood and the changes that occur within their relationships. I also enjoy working with couples who are facing recurring conflict and desire a stronger foundation within their relationship. I have experience supporting individuals who are navigating life changes, anxiety, and depression.
I have always been fulfilled by supporting others and am energized by the work that I do. I am inspired by the resiliency and strength of my clients as they navigate the challenges they face. I recognize how challenging it can be to share vulnerabilities and ask for help. I am motivated to create safety and provide the best care possible by approaching all clients with compassion and understanding. I feel honored to be a small part of your journey toward healing and fostering supportive connections with those around you.
