It is human nature to need the support of others, but it can be difficult to navigate the various relationships within our lives, which can become even more complex when we encounter life’s challenges or experience tragedy. I place an emphasis on exploring the relationships within your life to better understand their influence on you. Through a better understanding of these
relationships, it is my hope that you are able to foster meaningful connections that provide the support you need to heal and thrive. I look forward to supporting you through the challenges you are facing by highlighting your strengths and building necessary skills.
I am passionate about providing support to expecting and new parents who are navigating the transition to parenthood and the changes that occur within their relationships. I also enjoy working with couples who are facing recurring conflict and desire a stronger foundation within their relationship. I have experience supporting individuals who are navigating life changes, anxiety, and depression.
Attending therapy is a way that you can care for yourself, and I hope that the therapeutic process fosters safety that allows you to explore vulnerabilities and heal through challenging experiences. Reaching out to start therapy can be difficult, but if you are ready to show up for yourself and your relationships, the outcome can be fulfilling and life changing. I will welcome you with compassion and understanding as you work to better understand yourself and your relationships.
