There is a saying I often tell myself during times of difficulty: Your pain is not the end of you; it is the beginning. It resonates strongly because all my many life trials have (eventually) led me to a brand-new starting point: a chance to go deeper inside the world that is me–an opportunity to learn, grow, and evolve.
I’d love to guide and walk you through whatever challenges you may be experiencing and build hope for change, just like others have done for me.
I aim to make your journey at Restore Therapy Collective one that is reliable, encouraging, and proactive.
Life is relationships—with ourselves, our chosen partners, children, friends, and even the people we work with. It directly impacts our level of fulfillment, connection, and purpose. We need each other, but often, we struggle with communication, vulnerability, intimacy, and conflict resolution. If you do, too, you are not alone.
I am passionate about assisting couples, families, and individuals struggling in their relationships in any capacity. My areas of interest are infertility, couples trying to conceive, relationship challenges, anxiety issues, self-esteem and body image issues, and interpersonal relations.
Going at your own rhythm, pace, and comfort will guide us when working together. My job is to support you as we move closer to the outcomes you desire. I look forward to working with you!
