She/Her/Hers

Therapist

Now scheduling clients via Telehealth!

I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the challenges of life. My journey into this field has been deeply influenced by my own experiences, particularly as a military spouse. I know firsthand the complexities and emotional pressure that can accompany frequent moves, the stress of relocating to new areas, and the daunting task of starting over. These experiences have not only shaped my understanding of the unique challenges faced by my clients but have also fueled my passion for helping them build resilience and find stability in their lives.

I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Orientation and Mobility, and Psychology. This diverse educational background allows me to approach therapy from multiple perspectives, integrating techniques and methodologies that best fit the needs of my clients. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and empowering. I see myself as a cheerleader for my clients, celebrating their victories and guiding them through their struggles. I believe in the power of strong, supportive relationships and the importance of communication, whether it's between partners, family members, or friends. My goal is to help my clients develop healthier interactions and stronger connections with those around them.

In our sessions, I prioritize compassionate listening and understanding. I work hard to ensure that my clients feel heard and validated, as I know that the therapeutic journey can often be daunting. Together, we will explore the issues that may be causing distress and develop practical strategies to navigate these challenges. I am committed to empowering my clients with the tools they need to foster lasting change and growth in their lives.
