Meg Truesdell
She/Her/Hers
MFT Intern

Hi, I’m Meg. I’m an MFT intern who is committed to providing safe, affirming support to people as they engage in the tough work of navigating the complexities of their inner and outer lives. I’m fascinated by people, our emotions, neuroscience and the intersection between the three.
I value the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and welcome everyone who feels that therapy could be beneficial for them. I hold a special interest in working with adoptees, first persons, and others connected to the adoption experience. My additional passions include members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, those navigating alternative relationship structures, and couples & families.
My therapeutic approach takes into account the immediate influences affecting your daily life in addition to the broader environmental and historical contexts you’re a part of. I place emphasis on being trauma-informed and client led. We’ll work together to create a therapeutic experience that’s based on your individual needs and feels meaningful to you.
I can’t wait to meet you.
